AFTER-CARE BROWS
Brows are going to go through a healing process for the first 10 days at least- in this time it is common for brows to darken the first 2-3 days and then peel through day 7-10. They will itch and scab- DO NOT peel the scabbing, let it come off naturally. Otherwise, the procedure will heal with discoloration, or will heal unevenly, and patchy.
DO NOT WET YOUR BROWS FOR 10-14 DAYS
When showering, be sure to face away from the shower head to avoid getting your brows wet. In addition be sure to avoid long baths, steam rooms, saunas, and high intensity workouts. Sweat is also a way to "wet" the brows so it is crucial to follow all precautions.
PRODUCTS & COSMETICS
After the procedure, be sure to avoid any products on the brows EXCEPT the one given by the brow artist. Apply that cream once every morning on each brow (unless directed otherwise).
SUNLIGHT & TANNING
Be sure to avoid direct sunlight & tanning beds for the next 7-10 days. If you are planning to go on vacation with a lot of sunlight- be sure to schedule your appointment around that timeframe. In addition, be sure to avoid any facial procedures for at least 7-10 days after the procedure.
SANITATION
To avoid the spread of germs & infection, wash your hands thoroughly before touching your brows. In addition, change your pillow case the night of your procedure to ensure cleanliness.
SCHEDULE TOUCH-UP
To ensue your best results, it is time to book a touch-up procedure 6-8 weeks post initial appointment. This is done to correct any imperfections and allow the artist to see how the pigment does with each individuals' skin. Gives a chance to darken the color or adjust shape imperfections.
